No Hips Pack Necessary

As of 14 December 2007 each home, in England and Wales, put on the house market for sale must have a Home Information Pack (HIP).

It doesn't matter how big your home is or where it is located. A HIP presents all the relevant information a buyer needs at the start of the buying process including, a Sale Statement, A copy of the leases (where appropriate), Evidence of title and other necessary information.

These Home Information Packs are required by law and they can be another costly expense in the transaction period, costing in the region of £300 - £500.
